We present a solution that was designed and built to a special order for 3M, as their product requires an unusual approach.
The compact system combines:
🔹 carton folding
🔹 product packaging
🔹 carton sealing

As a result, the entire process takes up much less space on the production floor and simplifies line logistics.
🔍 In most packaging systems, the product is placed in the carton from the top. In this case, we used the reverse packaging direction – from the bottom up (exactly as shown in the video).

➡️ To avoid the risk of the aerosol cap slipping off during the process.
➡️ To ensure stability and full control over the product at every stage. This solution is ideal not only for the aerosol industry, but also wherever a delicate, precise and unusual method of product feeding is required.

The device is designed for the automatic packaging of aerosol cans in cartons – from the moment the cans enter the machine, through their placement in the carton – without touching the closure, sealing the top and bottom, to the final application of the logistics label. It is a complete, automated process that significantly improves the operation of the entire line. 📦⚙️

Each component of the device has been checked by our team of specialists and quality control – so that the final system is reliable and ready to work in demanding production conditions.

We are pleased to present a teaser of our Robotic Palletising Station for shrink-wrapped glass bottles of syrup, which we designed and launched for one of the leading syrup producers in Poland.

The solution is based on a KUKA industrial robot, and its key components include:

  • Our proprietary row gripper (TES) – equipped with the ability to pick both product layers and spacers, making the process highly flexible and adaptable to changing formats.
  • Divider magazine – allowing for automatic and efficient dispensing of spacers between layers.
  • Automatic pallet wrapper – ensuring secure and stable load wrapping for transport and storage.
  • Automated pallet magazine (EURO standard) – keeping the supply of pallets continuous and uninterrupted.
  • Roller and chain conveyor systems – enabling smooth and coordinated transport of both pallets and products throughout the station.

The entire solution has been seamlessly integrated into the customer’s existing production line, maintaining optimal performance without disrupting ongoing operations. Thanks to this approach, the system significantly enhances the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the palletising process.

PET can innovative solution for the beverage industry

PET CAN is a new packaging solution for the beverage industry combining the advantages of the PET bottle and the aluminium can. The technology for producing plastic cans is based on the use of special preforms blown on suitably modified blow moulding machines. PET CAN’s applications can range from soft drinks to flavoured waters to beer and wine, making it increasingly important in global markets year after year.

PET CAN contains a number of advantages over the aluminium can. Safety and hygiene are worth mentioning – the product does not react with food, but maintains the temperature of the contents. In addition, the PET can is transparent, so that the contents are visible, which is a significant advantage when the buyer is selecting the product. It can also come in different colours and shapes, allowing the final product to stand out from the competition. The product also meets eco-criteria – from an energy-efficient production process to 100% recyclability.

For the production of PET cans, the fully-automated blow moulding machine from the Blueline 10 C HiTech series will be ideal, allowing for a fast and efficient production of 10,000 cans per hour.

Operating system is based on Austrian company – Bernecker, which enables full control of blow moulding machine together with fault analysis. Communication with the operator is realized base on the touch-screen. Touch-screen is placed in one box with PLC controller. Such solution ensures very fast communications and eliminates communication faults especially during voltage differences of power supply.

Stretch rod system is based on serwomotors together with planetary gear. This innovation ensures very high movement repeatability and high quality PET cans production. Additionally, the stretch rod innovation eliminates adjustment of stretch rods when you change blow moulds. System automatically adjusts itself to the height of produced cans so it is not necessary to change position of stretch rod during changing can production.

Blow moulding machine Blueline 10C HiTech has extended system of regulation of technological parameters. This is necessary especially when you produce cans with special shapes.

In Blueline 10C HiTech blow moulding machine there are a lot of innovative mechanic and pneumatic solutions of the following companies: STOEBER (Germany), BOSCH-REXROTH (Germany), MetalWork (Italy), SMC (Japan). Blowing system is based on the newest solution of EUGEN SEITZ (Switzerland). Heating system is based on the reliable elements of DANFOSS company (Danmark) with the special electric protection. Electrics parts are based on MOELLER (Germany) and BALLUFF (Germany) elements.

The preforms are delivered automatically from special trays to the mandrels in the blow moulding machine. The trays with preforms are delivered manually onto the belt conveyer which transport the trays automatically to the machine.

The cans are delivered automatically directly onto belt conveyers which are placed above the machine.

Thanks to above solutions the machine Blueline 10C HiTech is a low-cost exploitation machine, high reliability machine and easy to operate.
