BIG Series
As the name suggests, stretch blowing machines from BIG series are meant for large containers – from 1 to 6 litres. Choose from four models with either 1, 2, 3 or 4 molding cavities. We offer blow molding machines with capacity ranging from 1100 to 4000 bph. To note, larger containers require bigger preforms, thus the stretching phase is slightly longer. What’s more, HITECH version is available for one of the BIG models. If you need MultiFlex, Preferential Heating or Deep Grip, we can design your stretch blowing machine to include these features as well.
MAX Series
These blowing machines are dedicated for manufacturing PET containers of 1 to 12-litre volume. Producing this type of bottle requires larger preform, and consequently, the heating process takes more time. The variants of the stretch blowing machine are fitted with either 1, 2, or 3 blowing cavities. This type of blow molding machinery is designed to achieve 800-2200 bph capacity. If you are interested in expanding the range of bottle neck types, ask for adding MultiFlex feature.
